Please read carefully as they contain important information. If you intend to purchase from our site we recommend that you print a copy of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove, without notice, any information on this site as necessary.

Products

All goods displayed on our site are held in stock, however, in the unlikely event that goods you have ordered are not available or are on order from our suppliers we will inform you as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to despatch your order within the timescales provided on our ‘Delivery Information’ page. In the event of supply difficulties with any items we will contact you immediately and outline the options available to you.

Price and Payment

All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of any delivery charges (see our ‘Delivery Information’ page). Payment of the total purchase price (including VAT and any delivery charges) must be made in full before dispatch of the goods. We accept Visa, Mastercard, & Visa Electron.

Please note, your credit / debit card will be charged in the name of our parent company, D&I Products. If you choose to order off-line you may also pay by cheque. Please make cheques payable to D&I Products and write your name and address on the back of the cheque and send it along with your order to the Freepost address on our ‘Contact Us’ page. All prices displayed including postage charges are quoted in £ UK Pound Sterling. Your card provider may apply exchange rates and charges.

General Offer Code Terms and Conditions

Our offer codes allow you to take advantage of special discounts, promotions and / or free gifts that we may offer. We may exclude items from certain ranges from our offer codes / discounts.

For us to apply an offer code to your order, it must be quoted during the order process. If you are placing your order on the telephone, our staff will be happy to take the code from you. Alternatively, if you are ordering online, the offer code must be input during the checkout page. Any applicable deductions will then be visible. If for any reason you believe a valid offer code has not been applied to your order, you must contact us immediately.

One(either percentage or monetary discount) can only be used per order. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All valid offer codes will be applied to your order. Any offer code used outside of our terms and conditions will be rejected. No liability will be accepted in respect of any such rejection or cancellation of an offer code / discount.

We will not be able to apply offers to an order without a valid code being quoted. We are also unable to apply any offer codes regardless of validity to orders once they have been placed.

Unless otherwise stipulated, our offer codes are valid for one use only. Discount offers exclude sale items and delivery charges (unless stated otherwise).

If you are ordering over the telephone, our staff will notify you of any problem with the offer code you are quoting. Alternatively, if you are ordering online, the following error message will be shown in the event of an offer code / discount falling outside of our terms and conditions:
“Coupon “XXX” does not exist!” will appear if our system doesn’t recognise the code that has been keyed in.

Returns

We ask that you inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and to notify us within 14 working days of delivery if the goods are damaged. Where a claim of defect or damage is made then it shall be your responsibility to return any faulty goods to us, and you shall be entitled to either replacement goods or a full refund (including delivery costs, if applicable) plus any return postal charges, only if the goods are, in fact, confirmed as defective. Goods to be returned must clearly show the order number obtained from us on the package.

Cancellation

You have the right, in addition to any other rights, to cancel the goods and receive a refund by informing us, in writing or by email, within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned at your expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. You will receive a refund of all monies paid for the goods (including delivery charges, if any) except for return postal charges within 30 days of cancellation. We regret that we are unable to offer refunds on orders if we have not been notified, in writing, within this time period.

Use of this site constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions, which take effect on the date of which you first use the site. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
